You cannot expect people to be heroes

Suggests that junior doctors who have concerns about the ability of surgeons should report those concerns to those capable of investigation. Need to act in the best interest of the patients; How the reporting of those concerns requires heroism; How the most avoidable errors in health care are due to errors in the design of work processes.
