V/Q mismatches unassociated with pulmonary embolism: a case report and review of the literature

A case is reported in which an intrathoracic stomach produced a ventilation/perfusion (V/Q) mismatch on lung scan. Causes of V/Q mismatch other than pulmonary embolism are reviewed. (December 1978)
