Seidman Fellow in the Department of Health Care Policy at Harvard Medical School
Lindsey J. Patterson is a Seidman Fellow in the Department of Health Care Policy at Harvard Medical School. Her research interests lie at the intersection of health care policy and health care delivery. Currently, this includes estimating the effects of regionalized emergency care systems on hospital utilization and access to advanced therapies; and examining the effects of provider payment changes on volume. She is especially interested in how payment and delivery system reforms affect access and quality. She earned her PhD in Managerial Sciences and Applied Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in the Department of Health Care Management.
