Elad Daniels, PhD, is Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Health Care Policy at Harvard Medical School. His current research focuses on mental and behavioral health, digital health, and primary care. His doctoral research examined the intersection of long-term care, disability, and pharmaceutical policy. Elad is a former NIDILRR Switzer Doctoral Fellow and a former Social Security Administration (SSA) Fellow.
Elad received a PhD in Health Policy from Brandeis University (2026), an MA in Economics (2018) and a BA in Economics and International Relations (2013) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a master's degree in European Economic Policy from the College of Europe (2014).
